Senior Investment Operations Associate

In her role as Senior Investment Operations Associate for our partner, Valmark Financial Group, Kristen Finefrock assists in the development, training and continued improvement of Valmark’s MyCase technologies. She supports Member Offices through global communication and training for the latest features and best practices within MyCase. Mrs. Finefrock is also responsible for overseeing the Valmark Intern Program. She earned her BBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Akron, Cum Laude, as well as membership into the Financial Management Association. She has received the designations of Honor’s Scholar – University Honor’s College, and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. Mrs. Finefrock holds Ohio Life and Health licenses, as well as FINRA Series 7 and 24 securities registrations.
