Experience
Attorney Marc J. Cusano has been practicing law since 2005. He represents individuals and families in all aspects of estate planning, elder law and probate administration. He also advises business owners in matters of corporate formation, tax planning, asset protection and succession planning. Marc concentrates his practice in the areas of sophisticated trust planning involving complex estate, gift and income tax issues, as well as business planning and charitable giving.

Marc has authored articles on a variety of issues relating to estate planning. His articles have been published in Trusts and Estates Magazine and Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. Marc also frequently speaks at client seminars providing guidance on the basics of trust-based estate planning and elder law.

Marc is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New York. He is a member of the WealthCounsel (a national estate planning organization), National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Massachusetts Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the Christian Legal Society.
Education
Marc earned his law degree from New England School of Law in Boston, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Boston College.
Interests
Marc is the leader and member of a weekly Bible study at his church in Weston, Massachusetts. His interests include baseball, basketball, weight training, skiing, golf, cooking, and home remodeling. He resides in Norfolk, Massachusetts with his wife, Deanna and their three daughters, Anna, Teresa, and Jenna.
